Direct Mail
Personal greeting cards are sent to 250+ outlets in both the Austin and SA markets, as well as key outlets in other markets. Cost includes database management, card selection, personalized message, biz cards inserted, signature, stuffing, sealing, postage, and hand delivering to post office.

The staff of PrimaDonna Productions, Inc. has nearly twenty years of combined experience in public relations, a strong background in media relations, and extensive knowledge of current industry standards for the creation and submission of press releases. Our database includes over 400 outlets, representing print, television, radio, and online media; our clients have been featured in numerous local and national publications and programs.
In addition, we work with all our clients to coordinate their interviews and performances to make the most of their appearances before the media.
SERVICES INCLUDE
Research and Writing
One (1) English-language, industry-standard press release, with full and calendar listing formats combined.
Distributing and Tracking
Dissemination of the above mentioned press release to targeted media outlets (via e-mail, fax, and online submission) we deem a good fit, and tracking of publicity results (with report provided no later than 14 business days after event date).
Pitching and Coordinating
Pitching of client to media outlets for interview and in-studio performance opportunities (service includes talking points for both interviewer and interviewee, and wardrobe recommendations for interviewee), and on-site presence at interview/performance to assist client and media in managing event.
