Nikki Young
President

Nikki Young received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Southwest Texas State University, graduated from the Producer’s program at the Hollywood Film Institute, and has over 15 years of advertising, marketing, public relations, and entertainment production experience.

As President of PrimaDonna Productions, Inc. (PDP), Young serves as chief account representative for the firm’s wide variety of clients which, in addition to actors, includes lawyers, land surveyors, and literary professionals, among others. Additionally, Young is responsible for all company business and personnel affairs and serves as chief press and business liaison for the firm. To supervise the planning and implementation of complete communications programs for both the firm and its clients, Young utilizes strategic and innovative marketing, advertising, public relations concepts and activities.

An active member of many organizations, Young serves as a Board Member and/or is involved in the following: SATCO (San Antonio Theatre Coalition), TAF/TP (Texas Association of Film/Tape Professionals), TMC (Texas Music Coalition), and TXMPA (Texas Motion Picture Alliance). For her exceptional public awareness skills, Young received an outstanding service award from SATCO and has been recognized in newspapers and magazines, on websites, on radio, and on television for her prolific work as a community partner.


Chadd Green
Vice-President

Chadd Green received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Southwest Texas State University. As Vice-President and co-owner of PrimaDonna Productions, Inc, Green serves as the firm’s creative designer and technical director. As creative designer, Green is responsible for special projects and designs, including logo concepts and promotional materials. As technical director, Green coordinates sound, lighting, and visual needs for events and productions that PDP and its clients may require.

Green has extensive experience in film and video production; he has worked in all capacities - from pre-production to post-production - on many video projects for clients including 1% Realty, Bartlett Cocke General Contractors, Church's Chicken, Client Builders, H-E-B, and HTNB. His work for PDP’s own projects includes the award-winning short films Operation Hitman: Sacrificial Pets, Dating Danielle, Crush, The Art of Disaster, and Fantasy, Inc.

With nearly 10 years of experience and insight, Green is invaluable in the development and design of client marketing strategies, programs, and promotions. Green also acts as partner in the formation of long-range planning and management of financial affairs for the company.


Lee Hurtado
Writing Services Coordinator

Lee Hurtado holds two degrees in English, a Bachelor of Arts from Tulane University and a Master of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin. As PDP’s Writing Services Coordinator, Hurtado is responsible for producing creative and technical content for a variety of media, including business and marketing plans, press releases, proposals, scripts, websites, and more

As a writer, Hurtado has been published in African-American Reflections, the Coalition Chronicle, the San Antonio Observer, and SWAG magazine; his work as a screenwriter has been featured in the multiple award-winning short films Dating Danielle and Fantasy, Inc., and his blog, The Hurtado Street Theater, has approximately 500 readers to date. Practiced in a variety of styles and genres, Hurtado easily acclimates to the needs of any client or project.
